Portable appliance testing ensures the safety of electrical appliances in the workplace, without this program it could be impossible to prove the safety of electrical items at any given time. Testing must be carried out by qualified engineers in line with IET regulations, each tested piece of equipment should be labelled clearly and recorded.

Elex UK offer an obligation free site survey and consultation which will enable clients to set up a planned PAT programme, to ensure that they are meeting the regulations in the future.
